"Draw me a lamb" - asked the Little Prince from the book of the same name by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and received a painted box in which his invisible lamb was "sitting". But you can draw a ram in another way - almost real, with a tail and horns.
It is necessary
- In order to draw a ram, you will need:
- - pencil;
- - paper;
- - eraser;
- - watercolor paints;
- - brushes;
- - a glass of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Before you start drawing, look at the photo or picture of the ram to remember the details. It should be noted that the ram has a very small tail, curled horns and curly thick hair.
Step 2
Lay a sheet of paper horizontally on the table - this will make the drawing more harmonious. Use strokes to mark the approximate borders of the drawing so that the image does not touch the edges of the paper. Now you can start drawing with a simple pencil. Start by drawing the horns of the ram: draw a small spiral snail. Continue spiraling from above into a rectangle that will become the ram's face. Draw a smiling mouth and eye on the rectangle (one as the ram will be in profile). Next, you need to draw the body of the ram. Draw it like an elongated cloud - with curls around the edge. For a natural look, add a few curls-spirals to the side of the ram. Draw a small tail. You just have to draw the legs of the animal. Draw four rather slender legs with small hooves.
Step 3
Your ram is ready, but you can draw it in other ways. For example, starting with a schematic sketch. Draw two ovals, one larger and one smaller for the body and head of the ram. Draw two small circles to the head, draw spirals in them - these are horns. Optionally, you can draw a curly forelock between the horns. Next draw the eyes, mouth and two small nostrils. After that, move on to the feet with hooves. You just have to apply curls-spirals all over the body of the animal and paint on the tail. Do not forget to erase the extra lines with the eraser.
Step 4
You can color your designs by making the ram's fur white or gray and the horns and hooves black.
Step 5
The last point - apply a few strokes with brown paint to indicate the ground, or paint the grass with green paint so that it does not seem like a ram is floating in the air.
