Booties for a little princess are an indispensable wardrobe item that every child of the first year of life needs.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Cast on 30 stitches. After the set of loops, leave the end of the thread 15-20 cm long, since in the future the sole of the bootie will be sewn with this thread.
Knit with garter stitch (knit all loops) 79 rows.
Step 2
Cast off 13 sts in row 80. This row should be even so that the thread for sewing the sole remains at the bottom of the bootie. Knit the remaining 17 loops and attach a white thread to them.
Step 3
Then knit according to the following pattern:
1st row all front loops (white thread);
2nd row - purl (white thread);
3rd row - facial (white thread);
4th row - purl (white thread);
5th row - facial (red thread);
6th row - facial (red thread);
7th row - purl (red thread);
8th row - front loops (red thread);
Repeat knitting from row 1.
In total, you should get 6 stripes of red and 6 of white.
Then knit with white thread:
1 row - all front loops;
2nd row - purl;
3 row - facial.
You will get a loose white stripe.
Break off the thread, leaving about 15-20 cm for sewing.
Thread the needle.
Step 4
Fold the red part of the bootie in half, comparing the corners and from the beginning of knitting (from the opposite side of the bootie, count 13 loops so that both edges of the upper part become even.
Insert the needle into the 14th loop and sew the bootie with a knitted horizontal seam, closing it in a circle.
This seam will form the 4th row of the loose white stripe.
Step 5
Then, threading the thread into the needle, which was left at the beginning of knitting, and along the bottom striped edge, draw one loop from each strip onto the needle.
Pull off the thread and secure with a knot. Then sew the sole with the same thread.
Step 6
Thus, sew the top.
