Many children look forward to bedtime stories. This literary "miracle" allows the child to escape from extraneous thoughts, fall asleep soundly and sweetly, attuned to extremely pleasant dreams. When it's time for sleep, the baby happily runs to the crib, and mom or dad takes another book with fairy tales from the shelf. What if the fairy tales are over, and the child demands something new? Come up with a new fairy tale.

Step 1
Invite your toddler to come up with something that is not alive. You think of something animated. You will end up with two words (for example, stool and chicken). Now you have two main characters, so you can start coming up with a fairy tale. Naturally, not every phrase is suitable for writing a great plot. Nevertheless, having found an interesting few words, you can come up with a fascinating fairy tale.
Step 2
Can't come up with a plot from start to finish? Then try to distort a well-known fairy tale, tell it in your own way. Let Little Red Riding Hood swap places with the wolf. Such a move will help the child connect all his imagination to the joint process of composing a fairy tale. Having well fantasized, the child will quickly fall asleep.
Step 3
Also try to make a new fairy tale with old heroes, which will be like a continuation to one of the famous fairy tales. This way you don't have to rack your brains over inventing new characters. And the child will be interested in listening to a new story that you have invented.
Step 4
Another interesting trick is mixing fairy tales. Let Snow White marry the Wolf from Little Red Riding Hood. Your kid will have a completely different story, in which he will still look for elements of mixed fairy tales.
Step 5
If you still fully rely on your strength and decided to compose a fairy tale on your own, introduce into its plot the gradual magical disappearance of objects. This is also a rather interesting move, contributing to the development of children's imagination.
Step 6
Make the child himself the protagonist of your fairy tale. Here you no longer have to compose a fairy tale on your own. The child, being the main protagonist of the fairy tale narration, will help you in every way with his ideas and ideas.
Step 7
Do not hesitate to use the revitalization of metaphors, hyperbole, abrupt change of norms. These techniques will color your fairy tale in brighter colors.
