Airbrushing is the art of applying drawings to a surface using a special device. This device is an airbrush. It is very similar to a spray gun, it works on the same principle, but has an advantageous difference: the spray of paint from the airbrush can be more precisely adjusted, and it is much narrower than the jet released from a conventional spray.
It is necessary
- A regular ballpoint pen with an empty nib (preferred);
- A small piece of plastic;
- Glue with any solvent;
- Needle or safety pin.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the handle and remove the rod from it. A metal head with a ball is pulled out of the rod. If there is ink in the rod, then after pulling out the metal head, it must be cleaned of ink. It is necessary to blow through the rod until all the ink has flowed out and clean it with a solvent. Then the ball is removed from the metal head of the rod with a needle or pin. After removing the ball, the head is rinsed with solvent and reinserted into the shaft.
Step 2
Two strips of approximately 15 mm wide and 2 cm long are cut out of plastic. These strips are glued at right angles and one is drilled under the rod and the other under the handle body. The holes must be on the axis of symmetry.
Step 3
A rod is inserted into one hole, and into the other, respectively, the handle body. By moving them, you need to ensure that the end of the rod slightly overlaps the hole for the handle body. The airbrush is ready.
To start painting, you need to lower the end of the rod into the diluted paint and blow into the free end of the handle.
