The finished dough dries quickly in the air, so store it in a plastic bag, and cover the semi-finished products with plastic wrap during use. The shaped blanks are dried at room temperature for about a day or in an oven at a temperature of 100 ° C for 1-2 hours, depending on the size and thickness of the product.
