Spring flowers - tulips are graceful, but their paper copies are no less beautiful, which even a child can cope with using the origami technique. A couple of sheets of colored paper will make a wonderful craft that you can present to your mother, grandmother or sister for a holiday.
Prepare 2 sheets of colored paper: one green for the stem and leaf, and another red, pink, or yellow for the bud. It is desirable that the paper be painted on both sides, but tulips are no less beautiful and even original from an ordinary white sheet for printing on a printer and even from a newspaper. Of the tools you need only scissors.
How to make a tulip bud
Take a piece of paper. Fold it diagonally, connecting the edges and cuts. Run your hands along the fold several times. Cut off excess. As a result, you should get a square bent in half diagonally. Bend the sheet and fold it again under the diagonals, but on the opposite side. Run your hands several times along the fold line to make it more distinct. Unfold the paper, clear diagonal lines should remain on the square.
Fold the piece so that the sides fit into the middle between the folds. Iron the folds with your hand. From the sides you should get "wings". Bend them to the upper corner away from you, connecting the midline and the cuts and iron the folds again with your hand. Turn the part over and do the same on the other side.
Bend the resulting small square so that the slices are in the middle. Connect the sides to make a bun. Insert one edge inside the other and iron the folds with your hands. Do the same on the other side of the workpiece.
If you did everything correctly, you will get a small hole at the top of the part. Blow into it so that the blank for the bud turns out to be voluminous. After that, bend the corners, twisting them slightly. Shape the tulip.
How to make the stem and leaves
Cut a square out of a sheet of green paper. Fold it diagonally. Smooth out the fold and unfold the part. Lay the workpiece so that this line is perpendicular to you. Bend the extreme sides, connecting the cuts with the resulting mark. Turn the part over at an angle to you and bend to the middle, combining the cuts, 2 opposite sides.
Bend the resulting side corners to the middle again and fold the figure in half across and then along. Pull the triangle inside the stem blank and pull it slightly to the right. Press your hand over the new fold line. Slightly push the sides of the leaf apart, and insert the upper part of the stem into the hole in the lower side of the bud.
