You can play "simple" lotto, when the first person to cover all the numbers on his cards is declared the winner. And you can play the "short" lotto, when the winner is the one who is the first to close all the numbers of any one line.

Before the start of the game, all participants place bets with a certain number of coins. All bets form a pot, which then goes to the winner.
