Here's another idea to brighten up your home or office desk.
Have you bought a tumble dryer or washer dryer, but your old wooden clothespins have nowhere to go? There are many ideas for their use for creativity and this is one of the simplest.
To decorate a glass for pencils with clothespins, wooden clothespins (at least 7-8 pieces), glue, a glass for pencils (the simplest, with a flat surface, strictly cylindrical), paints.
1. Disassemble the clothespins into halves.
2. Paint the halves of the clothespins in different colors, bright or not. Wait for the paint to dry. For coloring clothespins, you can use classic oil paint, but options are possible depending on your taste and material capabilities.
if you have colored nail polishes lying around, you can also use them to paint clothespins. If the varnish has thickened, dilute it with acetone.
3. Gently glue the halves of the clothespins onto the pencil glass. So that at the end of the work there is no ugly gap left, distribute the clothespins in advance.
The craft is ready. You can additionally decorate it by tying a narrow satin ribbon or a bright woolen thread so that it pulls together the clothespins, as it were, lying in the recess in the upper third of the glass.
By the way, a more time-consuming option is to make a glass from scratch. For example, make a base (a cylindrical cup) from thick cardboard, and then decorate it with multi-colored clothespins.
