As a rule, vegetable fats are present in the composition of homemade liquid soap. Less commonly, animal fats can be used.

How to make liquid soap with coconut, olive and castor oil

The recipe for this cosmetic product is as follows:

- 20 ml of olive oil;

- 10 ml of castor oil;

- 17-20 ml of unrefined corn oil;

- 45-50 ml of coconut oil;

- 150 ml of soap base (it is advisable to use a base made of soap nut);

- 13-15 drops of lemon aromatic oil.

The base, made from soap nut, is unique in that it does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate, a substance that dries up the skin of the hands. Therefore, a cosmetic product containing such a base takes good care of the skin. So, the base is poured into a half-liter jar or other glass container. Coconut oil is melted in a water bath: it is important not to let the oil boil, otherwise it will lose its healing properties. Castor, olive and corn oils are added to dishes with an oil base, after which the mixture is enriched with coconut oil cooled to a comfortable temperature. The components are thoroughly mixed, after which the composition is enriched with lemon essential oil. By the way, lemon aromatic oil fights dark spots remarkably, so a cosmetic product containing lemon aromatic oil has a whitening effect, and besides, it will replace light peeling. The finished liquid soap can be stored for no more than a month in a glass container in a shaded place. The cosmetic prepared according to this recipe is intended for daily use.

Honey oil liquid soap

To prepare this cosmetic product, you will need the following ingredients:

- a piece of soap (it is better to use baby soap);

- 1 tsp glycerin;

- 1 tsp honey;

- 2 glasses of water;

3-5 drops of rose aroma oil or ylang ylang essential oil;

- 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Baby soap is rubbed on a fine grater, after which the flakes are poured with freshly boiled water. The resulting mixture is whipped until the soap flakes are completely dissolved. Next, the composition is cooled to room temperature. The mixture is then enriched with aromatic oil, glycerin, honey and olive oil. It is recommended to dilute concentrated soap with 2 cups of chilled boiled water. The cosmetic product is poured into a dispenser: it is ready to use.
