Of course, you can buy a notebook at a store, but using a homemade one is much more pleasant.
printer paper (the number of sheets depends on the size of the future notebook), thin and thick colored cardboard or kraft paper for the cover, a piece of colored cord 15-25 cm long (the exact size depends on the size of the notebook), glue, scissors, awl.
1. Determine the size of the sheet of the notebook. To do this, measure a sheet of your favorite notebook or notebook.
2. Cut the sheets for the notebook out of printer paper according to the dimensions specified in paragraph 1 of this article. Each blank sheet should be a double sheet of a future homemade notebook.
3. Cut out a cover for a notebook from kraft paper or thin cardboard. The size of the cover should be 2-3 mm larger than the double sheet blank (see item 2).
To make your notebook more comfortable, cut the cover 5-7 cm longer and fold it over to form a pocket (see photo below). Glue the edge of the pocket on top and bottom, or staple the edges together. In such a pocket, you can put a business card or just an ordinary piece of paper with the necessary data.
4. Fold the notebook sheets into a stack and place them in the cover. At the place of the fold with an awl, pierce four holes, pass the cord through them and tie its ends.
The notebook is ready! Now you can, for example, more pleasantly improve your skills in a foreign language by writing down rules and new words in it.
