Instructions
Step 1
Plastic bottle vase
Wash the labels off the plastic bottle. Cut off the neck and the upper rounded part from it. With a thin marker, draw a line that will surround the vase, dividing it in two. You use the upper part to make the decoration, and there should be enough space in the lower part to place flowers.
Step 2
Make vertical cuts from the top of the bottle until you have drawn a line. The strips should be about 1 cm thick. Place the bottle upside down, straighten the plastic petals so that they fold outward, and press a little.
Step 3
Interlace the plastic strips. Take the petal and bend it at an angle to the adjacent one, draw the tail under the next two, pulling the tip in front to the third strip. Thus, braid the entire workpiece in a circle. Fasten the last strip in the already bent petal. If desired, decorate the resulting vase with beads, paint with acrylic paints.
Step 4
Glass bottle vase
Make a nautical-style vase from a glass bottle. Wash the dish containing the dishwashing detergent and dry it. While the base is drying, lay the prepared shells, small pebbles, beads on the table.
Step 5
Think over the composition that you will create on the bottle. You can lay out the decoration material in even layers around the circumference, separating one from the other with several turns of hemp rope. Or you can form fantasy flowers from the shells, surrounding them with beads and pebbles. Make the ornament the way your imagination tells you.
Step 6
Cover a small area of the glass bottle with clear glue and apply the selected items to it one at a time. Then work the next section. Wrap the neck of the bottle with rope. Leave your creation to dry.
Step 7
Such a vase will look spectacular if painted. Spray bronze paint from a can on the entire decorative surface of the bottle. When it's dry, dip a dry brush in gold acrylic paint and apply it to the protruding parts of the glued elements. Dry and cover with acrylic varnish.
