To master this technique, you need to be patient and learn to closely observe the interlocutor. After a while, it will be possible to recognize the secret thoughts and experiences of almost any person by the eyes.
Instructions
Step 1
Most people's thoughts can be read by their eyes, so train yourself to gaze intently into the other person's eyes. However, you shouldn't do this too explicitly. Watch the pupils of the person you are talking to. It is the pupils that will tell what a person is thinking at this moment, what worries him and what he is afraid of.
Step 2
The pupils are focused on the upper left corner. This means that your interlocutor at this moment is thinking about something visual, trying to remember something. It turns out that at the moment he is in front of himself some kind of image. Ask him what color suit he wore on his dad's anniversary, and you will immediately notice that the interlocutor raises his pupils to the upper left corner of his eyes.
Step 3
The pupils are focused on the upper right corner - the interlocutor is fantasizing. At the moment, he is thinking about something unattainable, making plans for the future, dreaming. Using this method, you can easily recognize someone who often hangs in the clouds and most of the time is in the world of his own illusions.
Step 4
A person constantly looks to the left - at this moment sound images slip in his mind. It can be someone else's words, phrases, or statements from other people. For example, during exams, students often turn their eyes or head to the left while contemplating a question.
Step 5
The interlocutor constantly looks to the right - he tries to find the right word. Most likely, at the moment, he is feeling a little awkward or simply does not want to offend you, so he tries to choose the correct expressions as carefully as possible.
Step 6
The pupils are focused in the lower left corner - the interlocutor is completely absorbed in his thoughts. During a conversation, he is completely focused on himself, reflects on problems and inner experiences.
Step 7
The pupils are focused in the lower right corner - the interlocutor is immersed in his memories. He is trying to recreate the feelings he experienced.
