When you master this simple exercise, try to mentally imagine that an energy ball is forming between your palms. When you feel it, just drop it on the floor. Then you can imagine that the ball is narrowing and expanding between the palms. Remember your feelings.

Then imagine a ball of warm red in your mind and change it to cool blue and vice versa. For further exercises, use any two natural objects: acorns, shells, rounded stones from the sea shore, chestnuts, cones, etc.

Place them on the table in front of you. Place your hands over objects and try to feel their energy. You will get different sensations from different objects. For example, when you bring your hand to a withering flower, you will feel cold, while healthy plants radiate warmth.

Step 8

To learn how to control the flow of energy from your palms, practice on a triangular pyramid made of natural foil, which should be mounted on a needle stuck in a notebook or eraser. Concentrate the energy ball between your palms. Turn your palms towards the pyramid and mentally command the ball to rotate it. Thus, you have learned not only to feel the energy, but also to manage it.
