Teaching a child to draw is not easy, but rewarding work. In order to help a child master the world of drawing, it is not necessary to know all the subtleties of this matter. Using some techniques, you and your child can draw any shape, including a clown.
Instructions
Step 1
Start with the background. Shade the background with one color, a fairly light neutral shade. Then locate the clown figure and start drawing. First, draw an oval of the face in the shape of an egg, with the sharp end up. Draw the protruding hair from the sides as shown in the picture. Make the body of the clown proportionally 2 times longer than the head. Use a soft pencil when drawing so that later these first schematic lines can be erased.
Step 2
Our clown will be wearing a jacket. Draw the flaps of his jacket open. To make the figure of the clown more lively and agile, depict him in a dance. To do this, lower one hand down and raise the other up. Instead of palms draw ovals, later you will draw them in more detail.
Step 3
Now it's the turn of the legs and accessories. Draw one leg also raised up. To make the figure look more stable, “lift his leg from the side of the lowered hand. Add a small hat and tie to the clown.
Step 4
Now we need to draw the details. Draw stripes, circles. Highlight the eyes, the mouth in a smile, the raised cheeks, the round nose. For a joyful expression, lower the outer corners of your eyebrows and eyes. Erase all the extra lines with an eraser at this stage, otherwise, when you start painting, they will be visible.
Step 5
It remains only to paint the resulting drawing. Here, let your imagination run wild. colors, different geometric shapes will make your clown only more joyful. Perhaps it is difficult to overdo it here. The only wish is to use black and white combinations to a minimum, they are at least boring.
