It is necessary
- -The pencils
- -Colored tape, self-adhesive tape or paper
- -Scissors
Instructions
Step 1
gently separate the colored strip from the tape or paper. Cut to the desired length.
Step 2
Spiraling from the bottom, start wrapping colored tape around your pencil.
Step 3
In case the colored tape runs out, just cut another strip and continue wrapping in the same direction.
Step 4
Cut off any excess colored tape from the top of the pencil. And sharpen the lead.
Step 5
Your new bright colored pencils are ready!
