The working conditions of the ninja, as you know, were pretty tough. Therefore, special requirements were imposed on a suit that would allow them to hide and not restrain their movements. Literally translated, ninja means hiding, creeping.

It is necessary

  • - cotton fabric of the selected color, - threads,
  • - threads for strings,
  • - rubber,
  • - Velcro.

Instructions

Step 1

Ninjutsu is an art based on invisibility. But, contrary to stereotypes, black was used extremely rarely in the creation of a costume. More often than not, ninjas sewed work clothes from fabrics ranging from dark brown to ash colors. This form is called Shinobi Shozoku, which means cloak of darkness. A ninja costume consists of several pieces. The set of clothes is made of cotton fabric. It should absorb moisture well, and just be pleasant to the touch.

Step 2

The kit includes:

- a headband similar to a scarf;

- single jacket;

- gloves with a finger loop;

-belt;

-pants with ties.

Very often a hood is added to this set, which is attached to the jacket.

Step 3

Sew the pants first. We need ordinary, straight lines. Instead of a belt, you can insert an elastic band. In each pant leg, sew the drawstrings, under the knee, and at the ankle. Thread the threads prepared for this. Then sew the jacket, you can add a hood if you want. To do this, take measurements: sleeve length, shoulder length, determine how long it should be. Make a pattern and connect the parts. No bells and whistles or decorations needed. Remember, you are making an invisibility jacket. Then you can tackle small details of clothing: a belt and overlay gloves. Also, if you wish, you can make a face mask. There is nothing special about it. Sew a small rectangle out of the fabric. Its size should be such that it covers not only the face from the bridge of the nose to the chin, but also the neck. The mask can be attached to the hood or headband.
