The developed Java 2 Platform Micro Edition (J2ME) ensures the compatibility of various games written by several programmers, which allows you to quickly create a software product for mobile devices. So, to start writing programs for a java game on your phone, install three necessary components:
- the compiler used to create Java archives - J2SE;
- a set of emulators for testing written modules - J2ME Wireless Toolkit;
- a regular text editor or any IDE.

After that launch the WTK Toolbar application and create a new project through the menu "File" - "New Project". Fill in the appropriate fields (project and class name). Then don't make any changes, just click OK. You will find the new project in the apps folder of the WTK program. In this directory, bin folder will contain executable files, lib folder - libraries, res - resources and src - source files.
