Most often, baskets are decorated for Easter in order to lay Easter eggs in it, which are planned to be presented to friends and acquaintances. Of course, you can buy a ready-made Easter basket in stores today, but you can yourself come up with an interesting design for this thing.

Instructions

Step 1

To decorate the Easter basket, various ribbons, artificial or dried flowers are suitable (you can use natural flowers and an oasis, but such a composition is short-lived), straw, pieces of fabric and fur, small plush toys, wrapping paper, braid, sprouted grass (you can buy at a pet store), braid, postcards and many other things.

Step 2

If you do not plan to leave the Easter basket for a long time, then you can use fresh flowers and sprouted grass to decorate it. It will look very beautiful and original. Transplant the herb into a bowl that is similar in shape and size to the bottom of the basket you are going to decorate. Secure it to the bottom with double-sided tape, thread, or small pieces of wire. Fill the free space with pieces of the oasis wrapped in cellophane so that the moisture in it remains longer and does not wet the surrounding objects. Stick the buds of fresh flowers into the oasis, and then cover the visible edges of the bowl with grass with serpentine, ribbons or pieces of wrapping paper. Decorate the handle of the basket with a bow and place the Easter eggs in the basket. You can stick a wire with a ring at the end into the ground or an oasis and fix a postcard in it. Instead of procrastinating, you can use purchased photo or business card stands.

Step 3

If you want your basket to last for years to come, decorate it with dry or artificial flowers. Pull a ribbon or braid between the bars of the basket, forming some kind of ornament. In free areas, fix the flower buds with threads, wire or glue. Decorate the basket with small bows in the color of the ribbon.

Step 4

You can also put hay or straw on the bottom of the basket as bedding. Along the sides of the basket, you can make a composition of dried flowers, fixing the plants to the stems from the inside. Dried flowers can be placed in one of the corners of the basket, if it has an elongated shape, it will look very stylish. Also, they can not be fixed on the sides, but simply put in the basket so that the buds look out. The attachment points of dried flowers and their stems can be covered with hay or straw. You can glue small ladybugs, which are sold in flower shops, to the petals of buds or wide leaves, or stick a butterfly or dragonfly on a knitting needle into a basket.

Step 5

Small plush toys can also be planted in the Easter basket or secured in a circle along the sides.

Step 6

To decorate the basket, you can also specially crochet small twigs, fix them on the side, and glue rhinestones or sew on beads in the center.
