After parting with Anastasia, Evgeny was not alone for long. The divorce took place in 2012, and in 2013 he got married again. The colleague again became the chosen one of the journalist. The future spouses met in the USA, where Olga Skabeeva was doing an internship. At the time of their first meeting, Popov was still married.
The lovers signed in New York, but decided to live in Russia. Both spouses were so passionate about their work that they practically did not see each other even on the wedding day. So, before the wedding, Eugene managed to shoot a whole reportage, and after the event he again went on business.

Little Zakhar
A year after the wedding, Olga gave her husband the first-born Zakhar. The birth of a boy greatly changed the lives of both spouses. For a long time, those around them did not know at all that the journalists had children. The couple spoke about this when the baby was already grown up.
Popov admitted that he dreamed of attending the birth of his first child, but he did not succeed in doing this. It was during this period that the journalist was sent to shoot in Ukraine. The man managed to return to Moscow only before his wife was discharged from the hospital.
Skabeeva quickly got out of the decree, but admitted that after the birth of Zakhar, she began to devote much less time to work. Now the family is in the first place for the girl. The kid grows up as an inquisitive and cheerful child. At first, he stayed at home with a nanny while his parents left for work, and then he also began to attend kindergarten. To this day, grandmothers also help journalists with the upbringing of Zakhar.
