Techno is a type of mixed electronic music created by DJs in clubs and raves. Dancing to techno is not so difficult, although some avid dancers make a real sports competition out of this trend. Basic movements and techno combinations are worth learning.
It is necessary
- - night club;
- - techno music;
- - comfortable shoes (sneakers).
Instructions
Step 1
Stand straight and lift your right leg up at a 90-degree angle, bend your knee as if you are about to take a step forward. At that moment, when you "knock" your right leg up, take your left leg back a little.
Step 2
Place your right foot in the starting position, but as soon as you bring your left foot down, move it further back so that your right one hits the ground and resembles a run in place.
Step 3
Lift your left leg up as you did with your right, but this time move it back a little and then lower your left to the ground. At the same time, bring your right leg forward, as if bringing it into running readiness.
Step 4
Alternate your legs as if you were running in place. But try to keep only one foot off the ground.
Step 5
Stand with your knees bent, heels shoulder-width apart, and your feet pointing 45 degrees away from your body. It turns out a squatting position. Bring your right leg closer to your left and raise yourself a little during this movement.
Step 6
Swing your legs from a 45-degree angle to a 90-degree angle as your right leg approaches your left.
Step 7
Kick with your left hind leg and bend back into a squatting position, remembering to swing your hind leg at a 45-degree angle. The end of the movement should be a few centimeters from where you started.
Step 8
Repeat the entire process above, sliding from one end of the dance floor to the other, lifting only one leg during one specific movement.
Step 9
Catch the rhythm of techno music. It's actually very easy to do with this kind of music. In clubs, they often emphasize the rhythm of the music, I turn on the volume for the entire dance hall. In most cases, this is a 1-2-3-4 count for about two seconds (or 120 beats per minute).
Step 10
Visit a techno club as often as possible, practicing melon movements. You can also do this at home.
