Go to the website of the publication (if there is one), most likely there is a feedback form or a section dedicated to cooperation with talented writers.

Call the phone number listed in the magazine or contact the editor by email to offer cooperation. If the office of the publication is located in your city, be sure to try to hand your work personally into the hands of the employee who is responsible for it. In this case, you need to prepare your work in handwritten or printed and electronic form, i.e. write to disk, flash card or floppy disk.

Wait for the editorial answer. If you do not get an answer for a long time, periodically remind about yourself, call, send emails. However, remember not to be overly intrusive. If your work is approved, carefully consider the editor's comments and think carefully about any suggestions for correcting the text.
