Editors are more willing to accept ready-made articles for publication than to give assignments to an unfamiliar author. If you have an idea, it's best to keep it in writing. The editor is not interested in your thoughts, he wants to see the final result, namely, the finished text.

Let's say you have an article and you think it is worthy of being published. Decide which magazine your text can fit into. Keep in mind that each edition has its own specifics. It will be ridiculous to send an article about the trends of the new season to a scientific journal, unless, of course, you have considered them from the point of view of quantum physics.
