Step 1
Having bought a constructor, first of all, familiarize yourself with what is in it. It is possible that you will need some other tools - for example, a wrench or screwdriver.
Step 2
Read the instructions. If you are assembling the kit with your child, read the instructions to the child aloud and tell you how to attach certain parts.
Step 3
Select the structure you will be assembling. See what parts and tools you need for it. Leave the parts in the box, just be aware that you will need them.
Step 4
Plan which parts to attach first and which ones later. It is possible that some of the details can be replaced with others or not at all.
Step 5
Assemble the base of the structure. It can be a car platform made of a metal construction kit or the first floor of a house made of lego, a car frame or a figure of a man.
Step 6
Attach smaller details and decorations.
Step 7
Beat the construction. Discuss with your child what other ways you could put it together.
