If you suddenly have a desire to get a flashing light, you do not have to immediately run to the store or contact a specialist. You can easily make the flasher yourself. This requires the slightest knowledge and skills in electrical engineering and mechanics, and then you can easily cope with this task.

Instructions
Step 1
First, choose a base for the flasher. A motor will be located in it, on the drum of which there will be luminous elements. The base shape can be cylindrical (this is the simplest shape), or you can use any other shape. The base material is plastic.
Step 2
Drill a hole in the center of the bottom of the base through which the wires from the bulbs to the motor will be led out.
Step 3
Take a plastic or wooden ring, which must be fixed to the bottom of the cylindrical shape with glue.
Step 4
In the gap between the bottom wall and the previously inserted ring, place the elements on which the drum will rest, making rotational movements.
Step 5
Install the motor. Don't rush to buy it in the store. The motor can be taken from old children's toys.
Step 6
Place the base on the spinning drum. Mount small bulbs on it.
Step 7
Cover the entire structure with a lid on top. The fastening of the lid and the bottom depends on which lid was originally chosen: with a thread (internal or external) or, which must be glued to glue, tape.
Step 8
The last step is to attach the flasher to your chosen location. You can fasten it with Velcro (suction cups) so as not to damage the object on which it is placed.
Step 9
Your homemade flasher is ready. This occupation takes very little time, as well as efforts, the costs will be minimal.
