It is necessary

5-watt LED and battery of 8 Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, aluminum block for flashlight insertion and necessary tools

Instructions

Step 1

Take the LED. Solder wires of such length to it and the battery so that later they can be passed into the rear compartment of the case through the hole in the radiator.

Step 2

Glue the diode to the radiator with hot melt glue. Glue the holder with the pre-installed lens on top. Supermoment glue can be used here.

Step 3

Fill the resulting structure with sealant. The best way to do this is to use a thin nose sealant.

Prepare the top and bottom panels.

Step 4

Remove the required chamfers. Tighten the screw. Glue the prepared panels to the radiator. When pouring glue, wait for it to dry and all parts are securely and evenly attached.

Step 5

Fix the structure with self-tapping screws, carefully, without damaging the wires. Install the glass. You can take it by disassembling a regular photo frame.

Step 6

Glue the side panels. There should be 4 panels in total, of which 2 are front, which are trapezoidal and 2 are rear, which are 5mm wide. radiator petals will also serve as side panels.

Step 7

Solder the wires to your connector. Screw everything, sealing to the back wall. Glue the wall.

Step 8

Seal existing gaps with epoxy. It is strictly forbidden to use a sealant here, since the places treated with sealant cannot subsequently be processed with paint, it simply will not be taken.

Step 9

Paint your lantern with paint of any color from a special spray can. In this case, the paint should be applied in several layers. When painting, cover the glass, lens and screw threads with tape so that the paint does not get on them.

The headlight is ready, attach it to your bike and boldly move out on the road.
