Step 2

Take a string and tie a paper weight to it. Hang the weighted string at eye level at a distance of 2-3 meters. Sit in a chair and stop your internal dialogue. Watch the load. Gradually diffuse your gaze, then concentrate. Repeat several times. Then evoke the inner desire for movement (without a definite trajectory). You need to understand how telekinesis feels. Learn to control your inner desire for movement. The inner desire for movement is an abstract perception of a movement or process without the participation of objects and associations. Imagine that a car is moving. At the same time, in the head there should be no associations with the image of a car, a road and everything connected with it. Remove from consciousness all objects and images, leaving only the sensation of movement. When you have mastered this state, repeat the exercise with the weight, mentally setting the trajectory of its movement.

You need to learn to concentrate on a specific subject. Close your eyes and imagine a glass of water. Imagine how the water slowly decreases. As it decreases, induce a sensation of warmth in the head and on the crown. Now the water begins to slowly flow into the glass. Induce dizziness.

Step 5

Imagine that your head is a vessel and you are water. The eyes are open. You slowly flow through the body, arms, legs. You flow out of the body and spread over the surrounding objects, with a sharp jerk you return back to the vessel, again flow out of it and fill everything around. The head is throbbing. You switch from one object to another with a directed jet.

Step 6

Close your eyes. Feel like a stream of water. You slowly pour out of the glass and pick up speed, pouring everything around. Rise above your body, above the place where you are. Look for a glass - you find it and pour into it, merging with the water inside, return to yourself, open your eyes and take a deep breath.

Step 7

With regular exercise, you will learn to control your thoughts, emotions and body, and as a result, fully master the practice of telekinesis.
