Let's start with the definition of telekinesis. This is the ability of a person to change the position of objects in a non-contact way. Modern scientists are divided into two groups. Some deny telekinesis as a real phenomenon, while others are trying to prove its existence.
Instructions
Step 1
You can develop telekinesis by doing some exercises. The first will require a disposable plastic cup: we sit down and put the cup on the table sideways in front of us, concentrate our attention on the cup and try to move it. You can use your hands, making them smooth movements towards the cup. This exercise should be repeated daily for 8-10 minutes. Ideal for beginners.
Step 2
The second exercise is also designed for beginners. We take a jar, a box of matches, a needle and a small strip of paper. We stick the needle into the box, fold the strip of paper in half and set it on the end of the needle. We put the resulting "device" in the jar and close it. Then we try to mentally make the paper move around the axis. We train daily too.
Step 3
Another exercise. We hang a paper cone on a short thread. We direct all our attention to the cone and imagine how it begins to rotate around its axis.
Step 4
Go ahead. We take a small container filled with water. Let it be a plate. We put an empty matchbox on the surface of the water and mentally inspire its movement along the water surface.
Step 5
We hang a match or similar light object on a string. We make the given object rotate with the help of thought. Performing this exercise, many beginners achieve their first results in a week and a half. Or you can take a compass and try to move its arrow by at least 1mm. This is already much more difficult than spinning a match on a string.
Step 6
After practicing telekinesis on these simple exercises, you can make them more difficult by increasing the mass of objects.
