A hand-drawn heart is a great gift for your second half. Of course, you can cut a valentine out of paper, but a postcard made in modern programs looks much more interesting. With the help of the graphics editor Corel Draw, you can draw a beautiful heart.
Heart with a photo inside
A heart with your photos inside will be a great gift and remind you of your favorite romantic moments. First, choose a photo that we will place in the heart. Open it in Corel Draw. If the photo is not too bright, you can make a correction using the "Effects" - "Settings" tab. Move the brightness and contrast sliders to sharpen the photo.
To draw the heart itself, find the Basic Shapes button in the main panel on the left. Choose a heart. Hold down the Ctrl key and draw a heart. In order to make the frame, you need to duplicate the shape. This can be done using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V. Shrink the second heart. To do this, drag the corner while holding the Shift key. Fill the first heart with red or pink. You can also make a gradient fill by choosing the Fill - Fountain fill box in the left panel.
In order to insert a photo into the resulting frame, select the photo, find in the top panel the tab "Effects" - "Power Clip" - "Place in container". Now all that remains is to move the photo so that it looks beautiful in the heart.
Using artistic effects
A heart drawn with artistic effects will look very impressive. Draw the heart using standard shapes. Then select the tab "Effects" - "Artistic" in the top panel. In the window that appears on the right, find the line "Strokes by default". You will see many interesting effects underneath. Just choose the effect you like and watch the heart change. Try to remove the fill, then you can write a wish inside. To do this, select the "Text" button on the left.
With this simple method, you can make an imitation of a drawing with a pen, brush. Experiment with different effects. Such a heart can be printed and donated or made a collage of hearts of different colors and sizes with photographs.
