Like any object, the drawing of a well will consist of geometric shapes, in this case, solid bodies. The drawing will be based on a cylinder, cube or parallelepiped, depending on the subject.
It is necessary
A sheet of paper, a simple pencil, an eraser
Instructions
Step 1
If you are painting a landscape with a well from memory, coming up with a picture, then choose the shape and material from which your device for extracting water will be. The well can be rectangular and cubic, made of wood, in the shape of a log house. Round wooden wells are quite rare. These objects are round in shape and can be mainly made of stone. Once you've chosen the shape, material and location, start sketching.
Step 2
To draw a circular well, first draw a cylinder. To do this, draw a middle vertical line. Bottom and top, limit it with horizontal lines. On these lines, mark an equal distance from the center, from the axis of the cylinder. Build ovals on them - the base and "mouth" of the well.
Step 3
Next, connect these ovals along the edges to form a cylinder. After that, draw the top hole of the well, repeating the shape of the outer oval. Then remove all construction lines with an eraser and outline the shape of the well. It can consist of stones glued together with cement, lined with bricks, etc.
Step 4
When drawing a well in the form of a cube or parallelepiped, start sketching from the nearest wall, drawing a square (rectangle) in perspective. Next, draw lines from it in perspective, forming the other sides. Erase the invisible parts with the eraser, then proceed with the design. First, outline the direction of the logs. They should be in perspective. Further, if you wish (if you draw from memory), mark the intersection of the logs at the corners of the well and draw them. The logs can be either round or rectangular (beams).
Step 5
Almost every well has a roof. In order to draw it, first outline its general shapes. It can be round, in the shape of a house roof, etc. A rectangular roof must also be drawn in perspective, create a round one according to the principle of constructing a cone (it is similar to a cylinder). Each roof should stand on two or four supports, rectangular or round.
Step 6
Next, draw a rotating axis in the form of a cylinder, horizontal and elongated enough. From this axis, draw out a handle resembling a straightened letter "Z". Optionally, you can add a bucket to the chains, next to or on the well.
