Instructions
Step 1
We take a blanket or a piece of fabric measuring 130 by 170 cm. Fold it in half lengthwise and sew on the right and left by 42 cm. It turns out the semblance of sleeves. We leave the center open.
Step 2
We measure from the strap about 10 cm to the left and right of the buckle and carefully cut off. Determine the place for the strap in front of the mirror. We attach it with pins and sew it on. Step 3
Fringing is very easy to make. First, we sew with a zig-zag seam the edges of the cape at a distance equal to the width of the fringe. This is to secure the threads to the edge.
