Bersh fish is a close relative of pike perch and belongs to the perch family. In appearance, it is similar to pike perch, so it can be easily confused. The body is slightly oblong and cylindrical with a slight hump and compressed at the sides. However, bersh is significantly inferior to pike perch in size, its length is 30-45 centimeters, and its weight is about two kilograms.
It is necessary
- - Spinning,
- - jig bait.
Instructions
Step 1
Zhor bersha begins in mid-May and lasts until mid-June, it is at this time that the fish feeds throughout the day. After that, the zhor begins to gradually subside and the bersh eats only in the morning and in the evening. In May, the bersh keeps at a depth of 3-6 meters, in June - already at depths of up to 10 meters, at the end of July - more than 10 meters.
Step 2
Due to the habitat of the bersh, it is better to catch it from a boat. If you have a boat, you can find it using an echo sounder or systematically tapping a hole and a deep dump with a jig bait. Moreover, the boat must be placed a little further than the deepest place, so that the bait passes through the depth during the wiring, and you start casting the spinning rod with the simplest jig wiring. Surely, bites of perch, pike perch and pike can happen right away, and closer to the boat - and bersh.
Step 3
Just ten casts are enough to find a school of these fish. If there is no bite, move the boat to the side for a distance of several tens of meters. Start casting the spinning rod again. Bersh is a rather unpretentious fish and when the bait first hits its field of view, a bite follows.
Step 4
The bersh's bite is quite sharp, and it may seem that a huge giant has pecked. Most often, bersh fish walk in schools, so you can catch several fish at once from one place. If fishing takes place in a pit, you need to drop the anchor so that it is below the boat downstream.
Step 5
The most compact baits are suitable for catching bersh, since long casting is not required when fishing from a boat. Streamers, small foam fish up to 5 cm long, octopuses are well suited.
