The break in the activities of the No Doubt group was quite long: for a year and a half she did not perform, for 11 years she did not record new albums and for 9 - new singles, but the band members decided that they could no longer keep their fans waiting. On July 22, 2012, the musicians performed at the Teen Choice Awards, performing their new song Settle Down. Earlier, on July 16, the video for this song has already appeared in the public domain on the Internet. In addition, the members of the group announced the resumption of creative activity on their official website.
The group includes Gwen Stefani, Tony Canel, Adrian Young and Tom Dumont. According to the vocalist, all members are eagerly awaiting the release of the album, which will include the new composition Settle Down. The album will be titled Push and Shove and is scheduled to debut on September 25, 2012. The last of the group's studio albums, recorded before a long hiatus, was released in 2001. It's called Rock Steady.
Interscope Records is responsible for the release of No Doubt's sixth studio album. At the time of the resumption of their creative activity, the musicians have not yet begun to inform their fans which songs will be included in it and how many there will be. The names of only four new compositions were announced: Undone, Gravity, Settle Down and Push and Shove, moreover, it is clear that the last song will be the title track.
