A beautiful scarf with knitted braids does not need to be decorated, but a product made with simple knitting can be additionally decorated with flowers, tassels or pom-poms. This is necessary in order to get an exclusive item that gives warmth not only to the body, but also to the soul.

Step 1
Crochet a few flowers with five to seven petals and leaves. If your scarf is knitted from several shades of thread, use leftovers when creating flowers. In this case, the flowers can be made in two colors, for example, the middle is darker and the edges are lighter. If your scarf is solid, use a different color of thread when knitting the flowers. The main thing is that they look harmoniously with each other and be about the same thickness. Arrange the flowers and leaves in a chaotic order at the ends of the scarf, sew carefully. It is acceptable if the ends of the leaves or petals extend beyond the edges of the knitted product. If desired, make several chains of air loops, fasten them at the ends of the scarf, and sew connected flowers to the other end.
Step 2
Decorate the scarf with tassels or pompoms. To create the brushes, cut the thread so that it is about twice the length of the brush you want. Take two or three of these segments, fold in half, insert the hook into the edge of the scarf, pull all the threads so that a loop is formed. Thread the ends of the cut threads into the loop, gently pull. So do it over the entire width of the scarf, trim the length of the brushes with scissors. To create pom-poms, wind a thread on cardboard with a slot in the middle, fasten the middle of the threads, cut off the cardboard. Fluff up the pom-pom, trim the excess with scissors. Sew a few of these balls neatly to the edge of the scarf.
Step 3
Use lace and thin satin ribbons for decoration. This method of decorating a scarf is good if the knit is thin. Choose ribbons and lace in the same color as the main color of the knit. It is preferable to use ribbons with a width of 0.5-1 cm of two types - transparent and dense, and choose lace with a width of 5 cm. Sew a piece of lace to the edge of the scarf, step back from the edge of 10-15 cm, collect the scarf and tie it with ribbons, use two three additions. Tie a bow.
