How often, when we want to download a movie from one of the sites, we get a pig in a poke. Having finally obtained the desired picture, we suddenly find that the quality of the shooting or sound is extremely low. As a result, the long-awaited viewing does not bring any satisfaction, but only spoils the impression of the film. This is because not every one of us understands the meaning of several letters, which are usually put down in the description of the film on the site.

Types of movie quality
Types of movie quality

CamRip is the worst quality. Low-quality shooting with an ordinary amateur camera in a full cinema hall. That is, when downloading such a film, you need to immediately prepare for the fact that the viewing will be constantly interfered with by other people's heads, and the perception of sound by extraneous voices. Also, if the main plot of the picture falls on the night time, you, most likely, will not understand much.

However, CamRip has one decisive advantage for many. It is only in this quality that one can already see the film today, which was released only yesterday at the cinema, that is, an absolute novelty.

TS - almost the same as CamRip, but with a higher quality, which is achieved due to the fact that the shooting is carried out by a professional digital camera on a tripod and the cinema hall is empty. The sound is better than CamRip because it is recorded using a separate input.

SCR - A professional video press cassette is used to record a film of this quality. Bottom line: the quality of shooting and sound is at a very acceptable level.

TC is a rare recording quality, since such video is recorded directly from the projector.

DVD Rip R5 - this quality looks like a very good TS, but lags far behind the real DVD, while it appears earlier than all other (below presented) high-quality versions.

DVDScr - similar to SCR, only the video is taken not from the cassette, but from the working DVD (Promotional). Here, most likely, there will be no subtitles, but it is quite possible there will be counters, some kind of working inserts and inscriptions.

SatRip is quite high quality. The film is taken from the satellite in MPEG 2 format, therefore it depends on the channel.

DVD Rip (DVD Rip R1 / 2) - excellent rip quality from a licensed DVD. Disadvantage: appears much later.

HD TV -Rip - excellent quality, the movie is copied from an HD TV source.
