Today, thanks to the availability of special panoramic cameras, everyone can learn how to shoot spherical panoramas.

Instructions
Step 1
Set up the tripod with the camera correctly. Remember: you can succeed in shooting a spherical panorama if you rotate the camera around the nodal point of the lens, that is, the point inside the lens camera where the light rays coming to the matrix or film intersect. The uniqueness of this point is that when the camera rotates, there is no parallax (displacement of objects located in the foreground relative to objects in the background during the rotation of the camera).
Step 2
Considering the fact that diffraction makes the lens less sharp at higher apertures, set the aperture to a value between f8 and f11.
Step 3
Be sure to disable autofocus: when shooting a spherical panorama, it is simply not needed. In addition, if you do not do this, then you may lie in wait for a "surprise": looking at the captured images, you will find that most shots are not sharp where you wanted it to be.
Step 4
If the capabilities of your camera allow you to shoot photos in RAW format, set this shooting format this time.
Step 5
You can calculate the number of frames for shooting rings of frames, knowing the focal length of the camera. Therefore, using the following formula: A = 2 * arctan (L / (2 * F * K)), calculate the value of the required parameter. In the presented formula, A is the angle of view of the lens along a certain side of the frame; L is an indicator characterizing the length of the side of the matrix / film in millimeters; F is the focal length of the lens, and K is the crop factor of the sensor (as a rule, for 35 mm film, this figure is 1).
Step 6
Start shooting directly. It is carried out in three stages. First, shoot the rings 10 frames each while slowly panning the camera horizontally (the angle of rotation must be the same). Then, turn the camera upside down and take a few shots of the sky or indoor ceiling. After that, frame down.
