Recently, sky lanterns have become very popular in Russia, the home of which is, in fact, China. You can make such a flashlight yourself, it's not difficult.
It is necessary
- - garbage bags (thin);
- - thin wire;
- - tea light;
- - paper (rice is better, but not necessary);
- - wide tape.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the garbage bags, straighten them, insert one into the other and attach them to each other along the edges with tape. If you are going to run the flashlight in winter, then one package will be enough, if in summer, then it is better to use two or three. Use colored bags as blacks heat up faster and are not as pretty.
Step 2
Cut two pieces of wire approximately thirty-five to forty centimeters long. Take a candle and rewind the pieces of wire around it. Then straighten the ends of the wire in different directions and make a hook on each of them.
Step 3
Make the outer shell of the flashlight out of paper, it should be of such volume that the garbage bags you have prepared can easily fit into it. The shape of the flashlight depends entirely on your imagination: it can be cylindrical, in the shape of a cube, ball, heart or some kind of animal. You can paint your flashlight with paints and decorate with ribbons, just don't overdo it and don't make it too heavy - you need it to take off as well. You can also write your cherished desire on the flashlight.
Step 4
Use wire to shape the flashlight as desired. Make a frame out of it, which will hold the paper. The simplest option is to make a small hoop at the bottom of the flashlight, to which all other elements will then be attached.
Step 5
Attach the trash bags to the wire and candle blank. Place the paper wrapper on top and attach to the bags with tape.
Step 6
In order for the ball to take off, instead of a candle, you can use dry fuel, it is sold in tablets. Remove the candle from the cup and put a dry fuel tablet in it, broken into four parts. It may happen that the flashlight does not take off immediately, since the fuel is too heavy, then first let it burn out a little.
