Knitted dress with raglan sleeves is practical and comfortable. If it is made of natural material, it does not irritate the baby's skin and does not cause allergies. There is no need to make a pattern for such a dress. In addition, such a dress can be knitted for a girl of any age. Calculation of wool - for a child of three to four years.
It is necessary
- 300 grams of medium wool
- circular needles # 2, 5 and # 2 for double elastic
- set of 5 knitting needles for knitting sleeves
- zipper 10 cm
Instructions
Step 1
Take your measurement. You will need to measure the circumference of the neck, the length from the neck to the waist, from the waist to the bottom of the garment, and the length of the sleeve. Make a calculation. The number of loops should be divisible by 6. If it is not divisible without a remainder, then round up. Start knitting the dress on top. 5cm stand-up collar tied with 1X1 elastic, then move to the front stitching and start adding loops. To do this, divide the number of loops by six and mark the places where you will start adding loops to the raglan with threads of a different color, which you will remove at the end of the work. The loops are distributed as follows: 1/6 - for half of the back and sleeve, 2/6 - for the shelf, 1/6 - for the sleeve and the second half of the back.
Knit the front half of the back to the first colored knot. When you have one stitch left, purl it and make a reverse yarn over. Moving to the sleeve, knit two knit stitches, make a reverse yarn over and knit one purl loop. Continue knit stitch until next raglan line. When you have three stitches left to the colored knot, knit one purl, make a reverse yarn over, knit two knit stitches. At the beginning of the shelf - knit a reverse yarn and one purl. Similarly, add loops at the point of joining the second sleeve. Turn the work over and knit a row with purl loops. Knit the raglan lines according to the pattern - over the front loop, the front loop, over the purl loop - purl. Knit yarn overs.
Add loops along the raglan lines across the row.
Having knitted 5 myself, close the circle and then knit without a cut according to the pattern, continuing to add loops along the raglan lines
Step 2
Tying up to the armpits, remove the loops intended for the sleeves with additional thread. Knit with the front stitch to the waist. In order to make a flared skirt, you need to divide the number of loops by four. The stitching lines will be on the sides, in the middle of the front and in the middle of the back. Mark them with knots of a different color.
Wedge connection lines look almost the same as raglan lines. Start adding at the junction of the back and front. Two loops should remain until the knot, which marks the place of their connection. Purl one stitch, yarn back, knit one stitch. The next front is already on the front of the product, after it, knit the reverse yarn and the wrong one. All wedge connection lines fit the same way. Add so odd rows, after eight rows. Thus, knit to the end. Change to smaller needles and finish off the hem with a double rib. To do this, the number of loops must be doubled, making a reverse yarn between the front loops. Work six rows with a double elastic and close the loops.
Step 3
Move on to knitting sleeves. Loops that were on the additional thread, transfer to four knitting needles. Knit in a circle with the front stitch until the cuff. Tie the cuff with a 1X1 5 cm elastic band. Close the loops. Tie the second sleeve in the same way.
Sew in the zipper.
