Love for musical creativity began to manifest itself at the age of 14. It was at this age that the young man became a member of the VIA school, where he received his secondary education. After significant success at the music venues of the city, the young artist chose to work in the philharmonic societies of Barnaul, Kursk and the Amur Region. And then there was a qualitative leap in development: entertainer in the variety show of the capital in 1985 and the "Festival" collective under the leadership of Maxim Dunaevsky.
Real fame came to the artist in 1989, when he was a soloist with the Freestyle group. For two years of creativity, they managed to record four albums, which included the compositions "The Cherry Orchard", "Forgive me - goodbye" and "Season of Love".
