Usually, beads are associated with baubles, pendants, earrings or clothing decor. But the scope of this material is quite extensive. For example, using beads, you can independently make an original hairpin in the shape of a flower.
It is necessary
- - base for hairpins;
- - thin wire;
- - multi-colored beads;
- - scissors;
- - "liquid nails" or other strong glue.
Instructions
Step 1
First, make the flower itself. To do this, cut a piece of wire 40 cm long. Choose a thin wire so that it can pass through the hole of the beads in four folds. Bend and straighten the wire several times to check for breakage. A good wire will not break and will serve as a solid foundation for a future flower.
Step 2
Take beads of two colors for work. Fold the wire in half. Place one bead on the right end of the wire so that it is centered. Pass the left end of the wire towards the right, while holding the bead so that it does not slip to the side, tighten the ends.
Step 3
To form the next row, put two beads of the same color on the wire at once, and fasten them in the same way. In the future, increase the number of beads by one in each row. Make sure that the entire row is located strictly in the center. The petal should gradually expand in both directions.
Step 4
Make six of these rows, but on the sixth, combine the beads. Put on four pieces of the main color, then one additional, and at the end two more main ones.
Step 5
Then taper the petal. That is, in the seventh row, include two details of the main shade, one additional, and again two main ones. Make the remaining three rows from three, two and one beads of the main color. Secure the remaining wire with a knot and tuck the ends into the holes of the beads.
Step 6
Weave two more petals using the same pattern. Then make three narrow leaves (three beads at the widest point). Place the narrow and wide parts alternately and fasten them with a separate wire by threading into the beads located at the base. Repeat this maneuver 2-3 times to improve strength.
Step 7
Use special glue to attach the flower to the base for the hairpin. This way you get an elegant invisibility. If you have a snap-in base at your disposal, then weave a flower in the same pattern, but many times more.
