This holiday waiting calendar can be useful for you not only to create a New Year's mood for yourself, but also as a nice gift for loved ones.
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, not all of us have a New Year mood ready to arise by itself. A good way to create one is to set aside time on the weekend and do something pre-New Year's, for example, such a cute Advent calendar.
To create a Gingerbread Men calendar, you will need: craft paper (brown wrapping paper), threads, felt-tip pens or gouache, a man-shaped baking dish, candy and small New Year's gifts, colored lace or paper rope, wooden clothespins.
The process of working on the craft
1. Use a baking dish to shape a gingerbread man out of wrapping paper.
2. According to the received pattern, cut 62 paper figures.
Note! If there is less than a month left before the holiday, cut out fewer pieces to make the figures according to the number of days remaining.
3. Sew each figure on a sewing machine along the edge, leaving a small hole on the side in order to fill them with sweets and souvenirs.
Helpful advice: if you don't have a sewing machine or you just don't want to use it in this case, you can sew the figures by hand, but in the first case it will be faster.
4. Using a white felt-tip pen or gouache, draw eyes, a mouth for the little man, and write in red on each number according to the number of days.
5. Put a piece of candy or a small toy or souvenir into each figurine.
6. Attach each figurine to a ribbon, colored string, or regular brown paper rope using a wooden clothespin.
Advent calendar "Gingerbread Men" is ready. Now you can hang it on the wall, for example, above your work table or in the kitchen.
