Instructions
Step 1
Cut out a bib pattern from paper. Then we cut out the main part from the fabric, and the pocket from the fabric of a different color. Also, the main part must be cut out of soft terry cloth or from a thin oilcloth.
Step 2
You can make an applique by cutting out a motif or pattern from the fabric and stitching it on with a zig-zag seam on a typewriter. Choose a seam with a more frequent stitch. And you can embroider funny faces.
Step 3
We process the upper edge of the pocket with a bias tape. Now we cut off the two main parts and the pocket and sew along the edge on a typewriter. Next, we process the edges with an oblique inlay. If you are a beginner, it is best to use a zig-zag stitch to make the stitch look neater.
Step 4
Iron the finished bib. Attaching buttons. Done!
