It is necessary

Soap base or simple baby soap, base oil (almond, peach, sea buckthorn, olive, cedar), essential oil, special or food colors, additives (glycerin, cream, honey, herbal infusions), water bath dishes, molds, alcohol, warm milk or cream

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the soap base into small pieces or grate the baby soap. Leave the soap on a radiator or in the sun before rubbing it in. This will prevent the formation of soapy dust.

Step 2

Pour 2-3 teaspoons of base oil per 100 g of soap into a melting pot. It will be better if these are different oils. Add a spoonful of glycerin and mix well. Place in a water bath and stir while heating. It is convenient to stir the soap with a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Add soap base or grated soap in small portions. To speed up the melting process, add some warm milk. When the mass is completely melted, you need to remove it from the fire. The consistency of the future soap should resemble batter.

Step 4

Add 5 drops of essential oil and mix thoroughly. Now you can add various additives and colors to your liking. If you want to get a gentle scrub soap, then add ground natural coffee or oatmeal flakes. You can add dried flower petals, honey, citrus zest, or tropical fruit gruel. As dyes, you can use the juice of berries or vegetables. Study the combination of smells from special literature and feel free to experiment!

Step 5

Pour the soap into molds. You can buy a variety of special molds in the store. Or you can save money and use molds from children's sand molds, silicone molds for ice or baking, disposable cups or glasses and simple molds from soap dishes. The main thing is that your form should not be glass!

Step 6

Spray the surface of the soap with alcohol from a spray bottle. This will remove small bubbles from the surface.

Step 7

Let the molds cool. Then put the soap in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Step 8

Remove the prepared soap from the molds; to easily do this, you can place the mold in a container of hot water for a few seconds. Use and enjoy your creation!
