The Eiffel Tower is one of the modern wonders of the world, which many people seek to see. Thanks to the Japanese art of paper folding, you can give yourself or your friends an original paper model of the Eiffel Tower, which you can fold from a sheet of paper of any color. You don't need glue or scissors to fold the paper tower.
Instructions
Step 1
First, take a 35x35 cm sheet of colored paper. Lay the paper wrong side up and fold it in half towards you. Unfold the sheet. Bend the top of the sheet in half, and then repeat this action with all the resulting parts - each piece of the square formed after folding the parts in half must also be folded in half.
Step 2
Continue adding the pieces of the square until you have 32 equal horizontal lines. Iron all the folds carefully and unfold the sheet of paper so that the created lines are vertical.
Step 3
Repeat the above steps to get 32 new lines, but this time they will go perpendicular to the lines created earlier. Thus, you will divide the leaf into many small cells.
Step 4
Fold the top edge of the sheet and cut it off with scissors or tear it off. Then fold the side edge and cut it off as well. As a result, you should end up with a 31x31 cm marked sheet of paper. Fold it diagonally twice to make the intersection of the folds in the center. Lay the sheet with the wrong side up, and then fold the bottom edge towards you, counting 7.5 segments.
Step 5
Count three more segments from the fold and make another fold. Repeat the same steps on the top of the sheet, then unfold it and repeat the same on the remaining sides. For convenience, you can mark with a pencil or pen the dotted lines of the created folds. Find the center square where the diagonal fold lines meet.
Step 6
Fold on its base the basic "Bomb" shape, keeping the top-square - flat. On each side of the shape, begin to bend the segments with an accordion. As a result, you should have all four corners of the base shape folded. Wrap each corner folded like an accordion inward so that the figure takes on the shape of a tower. Bend the corners outward while keeping the vertex vertical.
Step 7
Iron the accordion-folded folds, and then proceed to form the next level of the tower, focusing on the outlined dotted lines. Form the level by making it slightly wider than the top spire of the tower.
Step 8
The lowest level should be the widest. Bend the bottom corners and edges of the folds up, then form four tower supports from them with rounded arches between the supports.
