To always feel the presence of his beloved, the young man weaved a wreath of laurel leaves and never parted with it again.
Since then, people began to believe that the laurel has a powerful energy and immaculate purity of Apollo's beloved.
Later, in Greece and Rome, they began to use laurel for the manufacture of medicinal drugs, using a variety of magical recipes. With the help of decoctions, infusions or dried leaves, ceremonies were performed to get rid of serious diseases, attract good luck, gain harmony, happiness, wealth and fulfill all desires.

The leaf should be dipped in a cup of honey and left there for an hour. Then place the honey bay leaf on the fabric and carefully sew it on the sides to make a pouch. Tie the finished amulet with white cotton thread and hang over the front door.
