A yo-yo is a toy based on two discs of the same size and weight. They are fastened with an axle on which the rope is looped. With the help of certain hand movements, various tricks can be done with the Yo-yo.
Instructions
Step 1
Learn how to properly wind the rope in order to subsequently surprise others with the virtuosity of performing tricks. To do this, take it in your left hand and make one turn so that the rope wraps around your finger. Move your finger with the loop a little and make four simple turns. Then remove your finger and wind up the remaining rope.
Step 2
Take the Yo-yo in your right hand. The rope should be tied to the middle finger and wrapped around the top of the toy. Bend your elbow so that the Yo-yo is at eye level.
Step 3
Bring your hand down sharply, throwing a Yo-yo. During the trick, the palm should be up, but as soon as the toy is completely unwound, unfold the palm and lightly pull the rope so that the Yo-yo returns to your hand.
Step 4
To perform the Star Trick, throw the Yo-yo to the side and place your left index finger in front of you so that the toy wraps around the finger and returns to the rope. With your left thumb, grab the rope, and with your right thumb, pull back one of the two pieces of rope wrapped around your left index finger. You should have a star-like shape. This element is at the heart of many other, much more complex tricks.
Step 5
To perform the "Bunny" trick, the algorithm for starting actions is the same as for the "Star". Only the throw of the Yo-yo is carried out not through the index finger, but through the thumb of the left hand. Toss the yo-yo around your index finger, first on your right hand and then on your left. Use the rope to catch the toy. Then drop the far end of the rope from the index finger of your right hand. If you do everything right, you will end up with a bunny-like shape. Only having perfectly mastered simple tricks with Yo-yo, move on to more complicated ones.
