Evgenia Petrovna Zavyalova is a Soviet pop singer, the first soloist of the famous vocal and instrumental ensemble "Blue Bird", a performer of lyrical hits popular in the USSR.
Childhood
Zhenya was born in Moscow at the very beginning of the spring of 1945, on March 13. The post-war childhood was poor and restless for the family, and the girl saved herself from any difficulties with songs. While receiving education at school, she dreamed of becoming a famous singer, actively participated in amateur performances. After school, she entered a music school, realizing that she would devote her whole life to singing.
Creative activity
Evgenia began her professional career in the orchestra, which was led by Honored Artist of Belarus Rosner Adolf Ignatievich, and then she was invited to work in the Gomel Philharmonic. However, the country needed pop singers to enrich folk culture with lyrical and patriotic songs. And in 1974 Bolotny lured the young singer with a gentle lyric voice to the Sovremennik pop ensemble, which worked on the basis of the Gorky Philharmonic.
The real popularity of the musical group came after the renaming. The former Sovremennik received a more romantic and beautiful name "Blue Bird" and moved to work at the Kuibyshev Philharmonic.
And although the soloists of the ensemble were almost always men, the fragile and attractive Evgenia Zavyalova became the face of the group and the backing vocalist, whose voice adorned the songs, giving them an exquisite lyrical sound. The first concert of the renewed group took place in February 1976 in Togliatti. Soon "Bird" thundered all over the country, won pop competitions, actively toured the "construction sites of the century", including the BAM, and cheerful and energetic Zhenechka, as her friends and colleagues called her, had a lot of fans.
Until 1978 the ensemble "Blue Bird" was a real family for Evgenia, and then she moved to work in the equally famous group "Korobeiniki" a command called "Recital".
In the early nineties, Evgenia had to leave the stage - her mother became seriously ill and needed constant care. Zavyalova did not dare to hire a nurse and remained at the patient's bedside until her death.
Present time
Nothing is known about Zavyalova's personal life. She is retired, is engaged in social and charitable activities, performs in the capital's social service centers, performing songs of their youth for the elderly. She has a profile in Odnoklassniki and Facebook, where the singer is happy to communicate with those who are nostalgic for the past and remember the Blue Bird.
