Step 1
To create animation from a video file, select a video on the Internet with the required scenes. Upload it to your PC hard drive. Similarly, search the Internet for the ConvertMovie program, which is distributed free of charge or in a trial version.
Step 2
Start the ConvertMovie program. Convert the downloaded video with the converter to mov format. To do this, specify the path to the folder of the hard disk with the recorded video, and select the required video file.
Step 3
Open the converted mov file. To do this, on the ConvertMovie dashboard tab, select the Open Movie command. Specify the path to the required file and go to the Range to Import tab. Select the Selected Range Only options and check the box next to Limit to Every. Then go to the Frame field and select the reading - 3 rd. Click OK and wait while the program creates many layers of frames. The animation from the video depends on the number of frames of the source material - the longer the selected video, the more layers the program will create.
Step 4
Open the window tab, turn animation, and insert the frames you need for animation one by one. For each, manually set the delay time using the Set Frame Delay tab. If from the available presets, the time intervals do not suit, you must activate the Other command in the list and set your value.
Step 5
Open the Layers pallet and reduce the resulting layers to the required size. Select on the Save tab and save the resulting animation file from the video with the.gif"
