It is necessary

  • - brushes of different thicknesses;
  • - blunt needle;
  • - stencils;
  • - decorations;
  • - stickers;
  • - tweezers for stickers.

Instructions

Step 1

Nail art is a young art, but still art, so it requires certain skills. With experience, skills develop into skill, the ability to intuitively feel which drawing will be appropriate in a particular case. However, nail design is not necessarily a festive manicure. It can be done at least every day, in this case ready-made sticker pictures become especially relevant, which even a beginner can use.

Step 2

If you still want an exclusive, you will have to learn to draw. Drawing on nails is painting, therefore, as in any artistic creation, it has its own laws. The most important law is the rules for combining colors. Not all colors are combined with each other, a frank discrepancy looks ugly and vulgar.

Step 3

It is usually considered that there are seven pure colors, as in a rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, blue, violet. There are eight of them in nail art - a purple color is added, which closes the "rainbow" in a circle, since it is intermediate between red and purple.

Step 4

There is also the concept of primary colors. These colors are yellow, blue, green and red. All others are obtained by mixing them and adding black and white to them, i.e. so-called "non-colored" or achromatic colors.

Step 5

Choose the color of the varnish for the general background depending on the shape of the nails and skin tone. For people with fair skin, azure colors are suitable, and yellowish skin tones are suitable for warm tones, for example, classic red or pink. For nails with an uneven surface, do not use varnish with mother-of-pearl; for short nails, choose light, warm colors.

Step 6

The best color combinations: brown - golden - olive, beige - cream - brown, blue - white - red, black - white plus any bright shade (orange, blue). Do not mix different shades of the same color, such as red-raspberry and red-orange. Also burgundy and yellow do not mix well, etc. In general, you can rely on your own taste, because the color mismatch is immediately evident. Therefore, it is better to experiment at home.

Step 7

To make a drawing on the nails, additional tools are needed: brushes of different thicknesses, a flat brush for nail priming, a blunt needle, stencils, decorations, stickers, tweezers for stickers.

Step 8

Painting on a nail requires skill and utmost attention. The simplest type of pattern is two-color stains. First apply the base varnish, then immediately, until it dries, a few drops of a different color. Use a needle to connect the drops together. Fresh varnishes will combine in whimsical patterns. When dry, apply fixer.

Step 9

Another way for beginners is with stencils. There are various pictures on sale that do not require much work. Apply base varnish, wait until completely dry. Place a suitable size stencil (usually sold in a set along the length of each nail) over the nail firmly, but do not press. Apply another varnish, wait a minute. If you remove the stencil right away, the second varnish may smear over the nail. Apply the fixer after 15-20 minutes.

Step 10

Apply the stickers to the nails with tweezers, after quickly dipping them into water. Using your fingers is not recommended, as wet stickers tear easily and some of the pattern may remain on the skin. A dry brush or needle may help.
