Instructions
Step 1
Draw the head of the giraffe. It is not difficult to draw: a rounded oval, wider on one side. Something like a pear. The child can be explained as follows.

Step 2
Decorate the giraffe's head with eyes, horns and highlight the muzzle. Even a small child can cope with such a simple drawing, but mom can help him.
Step 3
We draw the body of a giraffe. The body consists of several geometric shapes:
neck and torso - rectangles with rounded corners; legs - triangles. Do not press too hard on the pencil, so that later, when erasing, the guide lines are not visible.
Step 4
Smooth out all the corners, giving the body of the giraffe a more beautiful shape, erase the extra lines with an eraser.
Step 5
Draw spots on the body of the giraffe and add a tail. It will be most interesting for a child to draw spots, because here he can completely rely on his imagination!
Step 6
Use the eraser to make the pencil lines less visible and trace the outlines with a black pencil.
Step 7
Now give your child complete freedom of action and colored pencils in hand. Let him color the giraffe the way he wants. And now our pet is already looking at us with cute eyes. Think with your child: what is the name of the giraffe, where does he live, etc.
