Cartoons are a very popular type of film business. Anime has penetrated into live full-length films both partially (as in the Disney film, which has become a classic about Roger Rabbit), and completely replacing them with significant full-length films (as in a series of cartoons about the English-speaking Shrek or a cartoon series with Russian-speaking heroes).

Step 1
When compiling a list of cartoons of the year, understand for yourself what the purpose of the list is. There are a great variety of cartoons: there are novelties of the year, there are also time-tested ones, but distinguished themselves this year. Make your own list of cartoon of the year - and ask other people to add to it. You will definitely be prompted and helped to make it more complete. If you are interested in the children's opinion about cartoons, ask them, not their parents. What cartoons they saw, what they liked, what they just heard, what they would really like to see. The results can be surprising. And children, realizing the seriousness of the moment that their opinion is interesting, will tell everything in great detail and truthfully.
